Help us cover Meetup, Zoom and streaming costs
We believe learning should be free and accessible to everyone. To expand our reach and provide more free and low cost skills training to students worldwide, we need to improve access to our courses through Zoom, Meetup, Discord and the skillca.mp website.
Right now, we’re facing three critical upcoming costs:
📌 $190 for Restream (to broadcast classes seamlessly)
📌 $210 for Meetup (to connect with new students)
📌 $160 for Zoom (to make our classes accessible outside of Discord)
Our goal is to raise $560 by February 28, 2025, so we can continue offering high-quality live and interactive workshops.

Shelter Outreach
On any given night, millions of children around the world sleep in homeless encampments or shelters for displaced families and refugees. More than 200 children live in tents on Skid Row in Los Angeles. An outbreak of wildfires in California this year left many families without homes. Without stable housing, many are unable to attend school, falling further behind in their education and future opportunities
We are starting with:
📌 Live in-person classes and tutoring at shelters and safe spaces for students
📌 Remote classes and tutoring available anywhere around the world
📌 Subjects include coding, creative writing, art, adult education, STEM and K-12 tutoring
It doesn't take a whole lot to make a huge difference in the life of a displaced family. Your gift provides learning materials and transportation for volunteers to reach students in need.

ESL Outreach
The world is witnessing an unparalleled movement of people. Out of nearly 300 million international migrants, over 120 million were forcibly displaced due to conflict, violence, or persecution. In the United States, a wave of intensified immigration crackdowns has created a climate of fear, forcing families indoors, afraid to go to work, school, or seek medical care. Humanitarian aid has also been slashed, leaving refugees around the world without the resources they need urgently. For many, learning English is not just a pathway to integration. It is a lifeline, opening doors to jobs, education, and stability in an uncertain future.
Our initiatives include:
