We are a nonprofit organization providing free and low-cost online skills training, reskilling, and business development education globally, focusing on underserved communities. We take a practical approach to education through completing real-world projects, with experienced professionals guiding students as they complete interactive courses on our website along with live Discord and Zoom classes. We also provide a platform where instructors and advanced students can sell their services and secure internships or job placements.

Our classes, workshops, labs and writers groups are open to anyone who wants to learn new skills, regardless of location or background.

We believe learning should be free! Many of our classes, workshops and tutoring programs are entirely free and open to everyone. Your recurring donation makes it possible for us to offer these classes and outreach programs. If you enroll as an unlimited member ($15/month or $120/year), you can also participate in our intensive bootcamp courses and labs with guidance from instructors and experienced professionals. Some of our advanced students and instructors also provide services through our community marketplace. If you would like to participate in the bootcamps and labs, but cannot afford the monthly tuition, you can apply for a tuition waiver.

We have dozens of live workshops, bootcamp courses and lab sessions every month where you can interact with the instructor live via Discord, Zoom and this website. We also have many recorded and interactive courses available in Courses.

Refunds for paid courses or memberships are available within 7 days of purchase if you are dissatisfied with your experience. To request a refund, email us at help@skillca.mp. For disputes, we aim to resolve issues amicably and encourage you to reach out promptly with your concerns.

We do not offer a free trial. However, if you are unsatisfied with a paid course or membership, you can request a refund for within 7 days of purchase. To request a refund, email us at help@skillca.mp. 

If you purchase physical goods, you may return them within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in unused and resalable condition. To initiate a return, email us at help@skillca.mp with your order details.

You can cancel your memberships or recurring donations at any time through your account settings on our website. Please note that cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds are provided for unused periods. Our online and digital resources are accessible globally, but physical goods may be subject to export restrictions based on local regulations. We currently do not ship to countries under U.S. trade embargo.

Promotions, discounts, or scholarships are subject to availability and terms outlined on the respective promotion page. Most promotions are limited to one per user and cannot be combined with other offers.
